China's High-Speed-Rail Revolution

This is cool. We need some of this in Canada. China has begun operating the world’s fastest dedicted rail line: a 968-kilometer line linking Wuhan, in the heart of central China, to Guangzhou, on the southeastern coast. The “WuGuang” line trains (locally built variants of Japan’s Shinkansen and Germany’s InterCity Express high-speed trains) raced along at up to 394 kilometers per hour (or 245 miles per hour). They have also recorded an average speed of 312 kph in nonstop runs four times daily since the WuGuang’s December 26 launch, slashing travel time from Wuhan to Guangzhou from 10.5 hours to less than three.

How to Capture your Ideas

Do you ever have great thoughts, ideas that come to you at weird hours, and just as fast, they disappear. I found it very useful to use those moments to stop and capture your ideas, helping start the inventions process, leading you down the path to innovation and a possible new product or service.  Just write your ideas down, and include a few strands of thought that links them to your creative process!
